As is customary on the eve of the ordination to the priesthood, Bishop Burbidge blessed the chalices of the soon-to-be-ordained priests in his private chapel. This year, there are twelve.
Tomorrow our twelve deacons from St. Charles Borromeo Seminary and Mount St. Mary’s Seminary will be ordained to the priesthood. All the faithful in our diocese are encouraged to pray for our soon-to-be priests and tune into the livestream at 11:00 am: https://bit.ly/CDA-Priesthood-Ordination-2025
