Welcome Father Eugen Nkardzedze as parochial administrator of St. Therese, the Little Flower of Jesus, in the Port Acres area of Port Arthur. Bishop Toups celebrated Mass today at St. Therese to help welcome Father Eugen. Mass was followed by a reception.
