Dio Helena 4 months agoJoin us in praying the Novena in Memory of Pope Francis.
The prayer is part of the Novendiales, an ancient custom of nine consecutive days of mourning and prayer with particular celebrations of the Eucharist in memory of the deceased Roman Pontiff.
Today is the first day of the Novena, which will conclude on Sunday, May 4th.

Dio Helena 4 months agoAll are welcome to join for a Mass for the repose of the soul of our Holy Father Pope Francis. The Mass will be at the Cathedral of St. Helena tomorrow, Thursday, April 24th at 5:30pm. A rosary will follow.

Dio Helena 4 months agoWhile on a prior-planned trip to Rome for an event for the Pontifical North American College, Bishop Vetter had the opportunity to pray alongside other bishops and cardinals at the body of the Holy Father. He also took intentional time to pray for the Diocese of Helena at the Holy Door at St. Peter’s Basilica.
