Regional Encuentro Serves Growing Hispanic Ministry Throughout the Southeast

Young adults and leaders from the Diocese of Nashville attended the Regional Encuentro 2025 on Nov. 7-9 in the Archdiocese of Atlanta.

Several faith leaders gathered for a press conference calling on the state of Tennessee and Gov. Bill Lee to stop all executions, including the execution of Harold Wayne Nichols, scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 11.

On Monday, Dec. 8, Tennessee Christian faith leaders gathered for a press conference calling on the state of Tennessee and Gov. Bill Lee to stop all executions.

First “Christmas at the Cathedral” Concert Attended by Hundreds, Second Performance Tonight

All are invited to the Cathedral at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 9, for the second – and final – performance of the concert.

On Dec. 9, the Church celebrate St. Juan Diego, whose encounter with the Virgin Mary began the Church’s devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe in 1531. Not only is Our Lady of Guadalupe the Patroness of the Americas, but also she is the Patroness of the Diocese of Nashville.
