Bishop Edward M. Lohse, apostolic administrator of Steubenville celebrated the Mass prior to the jubilee dinner.

Lohse and the Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption, Marietta, youth group are pictured at the Franciscan University of Steubenville Youth Conference, which took place June 27-29.
