The funeral will be at noon Thursday, December 4, with a viewing at 5 p.m. and Vigil at 6 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, at Holy Spirit Parish in Kennewick. Burial will follow the funeral at the Priests Plot in Calvary Cemetery in Yakima.

Dio Yakima 3 months agoMonsignor Perron J. Auve, a senior priest and former chancellor and vicar general of the Diocese of Yakima, died Monday at Trios Southridge Hospital in Kennewick, after a short illness. He was 89 and had been in residence at Parkview Estates Assisted Living in Kennewick following his retirement in 2019 as pastor of Holy Spirit Parish.
