Congratulations to two young women who were raised in the Archdiocese of Mobile and have taken their next steps in their vocations!
Sr. Maria Luce was received into the novitiate for the School Sisters of Christ the King (Lincoln, NE) Aug. 3. Sr. Maria Luce—formerly Kendall Kopf—received a new name and the habit of the community. She took this name in honor of St. Lucy. Her parents are David and Jenny Kopf from St. Lawrence Parish in Fairhope. She is now beginning two years of formation in prayer and the vows, God-willing, she will profess first vows after those two years!
Sr. Victoria Christi —formerly Janie Dunwell—made her first profession of vows with the Dominican Sisters of St. Cecilia in Nashville. Sr. Victoria Christi is a St. Dominic Catholic School and McGill-Toolen Catholic High School alumna!
