On November 1, 1950, Pope Pius XII defined the Assumption of Mary to be a dogma of faith: “We pronounce, declare and define it to be a divinely revealed dogma that the Immaculate Mother of God, theEever Virgin Mary, having completed the course of her earthly life, was assumed body and soul to heavenly glory.”
Seek the intercession of our Blessed Mother today! Her greatest desire is for us to grow closer to her Son. She loves each of us with her perfect maternal love and would never deny her children all good things granted in accord with God’s will.
