The Archdiocese of Chicago will be the first stop on the international tour of a life-size sculpture of Our Lady of Guadalupe, arriving from the Basilica in Mexico City. There will be an Opening Mass tomorrow, Aug. 27.
On Aug. 25, 2025, a press conference took place at the Shrine of Our lady of Guadalupe in Des Plaines as part of a series of events hosted by the Archdiocese of Chicago.
