Nearly 200 people attended the Lourdes in a Day Pilgrimage sponsored by the Order of Malta – CT Northeast Area today at the Church of Saint Peter Claver in West Hartford.
The day began with 14 priests hearing Confessions, followed by the washing with Lourdes water and the prayer of the Rosary. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass with Anointing of the Sick was offered by Father Joseph MacNeill and Bishop Peter Rosazza, who was also the homilist.
The day concluded after lunch with Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament with a reflection by Father MacNeill and Benediction.
