Archbishop Christopher Coyne led the opening prayer and blessed the players, cheerleaders, coaches, and referees prior to the start of the annual Archbishop’s Cup football game between Northwest Catholic High School and East Catholic High School that was held at Northwest this morning. The Superintendent of the Archdiocese of Hartford Catholic Schools, Valarie Mara, did the coin toss.
