Today, on the Solemnity of the Annunciation of the Lord, we give thanks to God and pray for Archbishop-Designate Joe Vásquez as he is installed as Archbishop of Galveston-Houston.
The Installation Mass will be livestreamed on the Archdiocesan website (www.archgh.org/live), and all are welcome to join online, due to space constraints at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart.

In addition, Masses of Welcome and Thanksgiving for Archbishop-Designate Vásquez are being planned for a number of parishes around the Archdiocese after Easter. The details regarding these public Masses will be shared in the Texas Catholic Herald and on the Archdiocesan website.
