Archbishop Christopher Coyne made a pastoral visit to the recently established Our Lady of Knock Parish this afternoon to offer the Most Sacrifice of the Mass at St Mary’s Star of the Sea Church in Unionville and to install Father Matthew Gworek as its new pastor.
Along with Father Gworek, Father Roberto McCarthy concelebrated the Mass, and Deacon Bob Barry assisted.
At the end of Mass, the newly installed pastor presented Archbishop Coyne with a statue of Our Lady of Knock.
A reception followed in the church hall.
