As the Metropolitan of the Archdiocese of Hartford, which includes all of Connecticut and Rhode Island, Archbishop Christopher Coyne ordained and installed Bishop Richard F. Reidy as the 6th Bishop of the Diocese of Norwich, CT, this afternoon at the Cathedral of Saint Patrick in Norwich.
