Bishop Juan Miguel Betancourt, SEMV, visited with members of a committee at Our Lady Queen of the Apostles Parish – Derby, CT this afternoon to discuss plans for their parish moving forward. He then offered a Vigil Mass for the 3rd Sunday of Easter. Father Jeffrey Gubbiotti concelebrated, and Deacon Robert Johnson assisted.
