His Eminence Cardinal James Harvey is a Milwaukee native and a priest of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. He spent much of his career in the Vatican diplomatic corps and is the Archpriest of the Papal Basilica of St. Paul Outside-the-Walls—one of four major basilicas, all in Rome. Pope Benedict XVI made him a cardinal in 2012.
Fun Fact: When in the Milwaukee area, His Eminence has been known to enjoy a custard stop at Milwaukee’s iconic Leon’s Frozen Custard.
