Throughout his ministry, Archbishop Naumann has established and nurtured numerous education and formation initiatives. These include the formation of Catholic school teachers, the School of Faith, a program to train spiritual mentors for laypeople, youth and young adult ministries, the creation of Prairie Star Ranch, and many others.
