This Father’s Day weekend we give thanks to God for our two new spiritual fathers in the Archdiocese ordained last weekend. In a solemn Mass, Archbishop Salvatore J. Cordileone ordained deacons Leandro Calingasan and Emmanuel Gutierrez to the priesthood for the Archdiocese of San Francisco.
The Archbishop also ordained Br. Francis Xavier Khoi Trong Le of the Domus Dei Clerical Society of Apostolic Life, to the transitional diaconate.
