Heavenly Father,
The great country of the United States was founded upon Judeo-Christian values. On this Fourth of July, we thank You for the gift of freedom and the blessings of our nation. As we celebrate this nation’s birthday, we remember with gratitude those who sacrificed to secure our liberty, and we ask for the courage to protect it with truth, justice, and charity.
Please continue to pour out your blessings upon our country, O Lord, and help us become a people who always seek first, your Kingdom. Grant our prayer through Christ, our Lord.
