Next week, join the parish of St Mary of Mount Carmel Parish for a Historic Celebration of Faith and Tradition: the 150th Annual Our Lady of Mount Carmel Festival & Procession!
Organized by The Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Society, Hammonton, NJ this beloved, and historic, weeklong event includes daily devotional activities, a fun carnival, delicious food, and live entertainment.
This year’s festival is extra special! On Wednesday, July 16, the feast of Our Lady of Mount Carmel, we will witness the #CanonicalCoronation of the image of Our Lady of Mount Carmel—a rare papal honor granted by the Vatican.
Bishop Joseph Williams will celebrate the Coronation Mass at 2 PM at Saint Joseph Church, 226 French Street. A procession will follow at 4 PM through the streets of Hammonton.
