Chiều ngày 17/10, Đức Thánh Cha Lêô XIV đã đến cảng Ostia, cách Roma khoảng 25 km, để gặp gỡ nhóm bạn trẻ trên con tàu buồm “Med25 Bel Espoir” – “Niềm hy vọng tươi sáng”. Ngài ca ngợi những nỗ lực của họ trong việc thúc đẩy đối thoại và hiểu biết giữa các nền văn hóa, tôn giáo và quốc tịch, đồng thời cảm ơn họ vì đã là những chứng nhân của hy vọng.
