Dio RichmondThe faithful gathered at St. Thomas Aquinas, Charlottesville, for the parish Lenten Mission, “24 Hours with the Lord,” an opportunity for overnight adoration and confession.
Beginning at 3 pm on Friday, March 28, and lasting until 3 pm on Saturday, March 29, people came to the parish to spend time in Eucharistic adoration and receive the sacrament of reconciliation at all hours of the night.
Priests from throughout Deanery 10 came to assist in hearing confessions during the overnight mission.
Friday evening, the parish held its regularly scheduled Stations of the Cross during the Lenten mission.
