Each Lent, Catholic Relief Services distributes small cardboard rice bowls for individuals and families to use in their almsgiving efforts. When these rice bowls are turned in, 75% of those proceeds are sent to Catholic Relief Services for their work overseas, and 25% stays in the Diocese of Duluth to address hunger and poverty right here.
