Arch BostonArchbishop Henning today shared the below message with Boston’s Jewish community:
As the new Archbishop of Boston, I wish to offer affectionate greetings and prayers for our Jewish neighbors and friends during the holy observance of Passover.
I am so grateful for your fidelity to the Law and the Prophets and for your observance of the Lord’s commands. That faithful obedience renders glory to God and is a blessing to creation.
In these days that have seen such unjust expressions of hatred towards you, I pray that you will only ever hear sentiments of friendship and regard from your Catholic neighbors here in the Boston region.
May your Passover be holy, kosher, and a source of true and lasting joy!
