This Jubilee Year is an opportunity to make pilgrimages or pious visits to designated holy places in order to give thanks to God, to strengthen the faith, and to make acts of reparation for our sins or the sins of others. It is also an opportunity to receive a plenary indulgence, made available in a special way during the Jubilee Year. For us in the Bismarck Diocese, you can obtain the jubilee indulgence by visiting the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck while on pilgrimage. To read about the jubilee year, how to make a pilgrimage, and how to receive an indulgence, go to cathedralparish.com/jubilee-2025. Bishop Kagan will celebrate a special Jubilee Mass at the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit on Wednesday, June 11 at 5:30 p.m. Other upcoming Jubilee Masses will be celebrated at the Cathedral on September 17 and December 16. Please consider making a pilgrimage and attending these special Masses. Groups wanting to make a pilgrimage should contact Nicholas Quallich, Liturgy & Ministry Coordinator, at 701-223-1033 or [email protected].
