Please join us in praying for the repose of the soul of Father Sam Messina, who passed yesterday evening on Friday, August 1, just days before his 87th birthday. Ordained in 1965, he faithfully served the Diocese of Jackson for 60 years. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him.
