Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord
Today, August 6, we celebrate the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord. This feast commemorates the revelation of Jesus’ divine glory as the fulfillment of the Law and the Prophets on Mount Tabor. This event offered Peter, James, and John a glimpse of Jesus’ future glory and the promise of resurrected life for all believers.
