The Parish of St. John Vianney completed their novena celebrations for the 100th anniversary year of Vianney’s canonization this past Tuesday. There was a special Mass with multiple priests present, followed by Exposition/Benediction, final prayers and reflections and a cake to celebrate.
Each of the 9 days of the novena consisted of Exposition/Benediction, reflections, prayers and four nights of confessions. The community offered this novena to pray for our priests, an increase in vocations, the parish, and the parishioners’ personal intentions. The response was wonderful. The priests involved were Msgr. Labrie, Fr. Kent, Fr. Brad Morin, Fr. Erin Donlon, Fr. Simon, and Fr. Luc. Reflections were given by Fr. Donlon, and Fr. Morin and Seminarian Joseph Beale.
Special thanks to Seminarian Joe for sharing these pictures with us!
