Holy Rosary was filled with vibrant colors and joyful songs at the celebration of the annual African Mass.
On Saturday, August 23, Holy Rosary hosted the African Mass, a celebration of African culture within the Church. Fr. James Boachie was the primary celebrant alongside Fr. Tochi Iwuji, who was the homilist, and several other diocesan priests. Choirs from different parishes joined together in song with the Holy Rosary choir.
During his homily, Fr. Tochi said, “We celebrate one Eucharist with different expressions in different tongues.”
