Do you know who Carlo Acutis is?
Blessed Carlo Acutis is set for canonization as a saint by Pope Leo XIV on Sunday, Sept. 7. Blessed Carlo was born May 3, 1991. During his life, he was known for his devotion to the most Blessed Sacrament, defending the sanctity of life to classmates and creating a website documenting Eucharistic miracles around the world. The Italian teenager died Oct. 12, 2006, from leukemia. He is popularly called the first “millennial” saint.
