This morning, Bishop James A. Tamayo was honored with the Key to the City by Mayor Dr. Victor Treviño and presented with a Congressional Record by Congressman Henry Cuellar. These recognitions celebrate his decades of faithful service, leadership, and dedication to the Diocese of Laredo and our community.
