• A Venezuelan miracle…

During a Mass in December 1991, a priest celebrant at the Marian Shrine of Finca Betania in Cua, Venezuela, noticed that one piece of a large Host he had divided showed a red spot. The red spot appeared to have flesh and bleed. The Host was thoroughly examined and is now venerated in the Perpetual Adoration chapel of a convent of the Augustinian Recollects Nuns of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Los Teques, Venezuela.

This is one of dozens of Eucharistic miracles catalogued by Blessed Carlo Acutis. Information about this and the other miracles are part of traveling exhibits. Information on the exhibits is online: https://www.miracolieucaristici.org/

Pope Leo XIV will canonize Blessed Carlo as a saint on Sunday, Sept. 7, in Rome.

      Blessed Carlo, pray for us!
