Bishop Edward M. Lohse blessed Legacy Hall at Bishop John King Mussio Central Elementary School, Steubenville, Sept. 12. The new annex, which opened last month at the start of the school year, houses eight classrooms and replaced the four-classroom annex that had been used for more than 30 years.
