Faith in Action! After reading Father Charles Strobel’s “Kingdom of the Poor” over the summer, dozens of 7th and 8th grade students from St. Edward Church and School, Christ the King School, St. Matthew School TN and Saint Rose of Lima Catholic School came together for a book club meeting last week. They were joined by members of Father Strobel’s family and guests of Room In The Inn for panel and roundtable discussions about the book. The event was organized by the schools’ librarians, who wanted to find a way to bring their communities together.
