For the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross today, Archbishop Christopher Coyne celebrated the 100th Anniversary of Our Lady of Sorrows Church, Hartford CT by offering a bi-lingual Mass in both Spanish and English. Father John Melnick, Father Joseph O’Neil, MS, and several other retired Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette priests concelebrated, and Deacons Victor Bilbraut and Carmello Hernandez assisted.
Archbishop Coyne blessed the congregation with a relic of the True Cross at the end of Mass.
The annual parish picnic followed in the church hall.
