“I am pleased to make the following clergy announcements:
Effective August 25, 2025: Reverend Peter Bwalya Mobe, appointed chaplain at St. Francis Medical Center, Monroe.
Effective September 26, 2025: Very Reverend Peter B. Mangu, J.C.L., V.F.’s appointment as administrator of Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Monroe, and its mission, St. Lawrence Church, Swartz, concludes on September 26, 2025. He continues in his role as pastor of Jesus the Good Shepherd Parish, Monroe, campus minister at the University of Louisiana at Monroe, and dead of the Eastern Deanery.
Effective September 27, 2025: Reverend Peter Romanus Mallya, F.M.H., is appointed administrator of Our Lady of Fatima Parish, Monroe, and its mission, St. Lawrence Church, Swartz. He continues in his role as chaplain at St. Frederick High School, Monroe.”
