Surveys reveal that most priests and religious come from married, two-parent households where they witness the reality of joyful, sacrificial love daily. This reality was true for Father Ray Rodriguez, pastor of Saint Anthony’s in Casper. He witnessed that love in his parents, Maggie and Louie Rodriguez (pictured here), who celebrated 58 years of marriage this year.
Reflecting on having a son who is a priest, Louie said “He has made us very proud and very happy with what he has chosen. He is so joyful and we couldn’t ask more for our children.”
