Welcome Home! On All Saints Day on Saturday, parishioners at Christ the Redeemer Thibodaux were welcomed back into their newly-renovated church after six months of renovations. With new floors and now a dedicated area for baptisms, this parish begins a new chapter since being established in 1983!
Bishop Simon Peter celebrated the Mass, reminding us to pray for our deceased loved ones and visit their resting places. He asked us all to pray for the continued restoration of churches throughout our diocese.
Thanks to Fr. Alex Gaudet and the office staff at CTR for their hard work and patience during this time, and for hosting a lovely reception in the Family Center.
