St. Frances Xavier Cabrini was an Italian nun and the first American to be recognized as a saint. She founded the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. She helped to establish orphanages, schools and other social service institutions in Italy and the United States. 😇
She is the patron saint of immigrants.
