In these words, Jesus offers us the deepest comfort: death is not the end, but the beginning of eternal life with Him. Our Lord Himself promises that He is preparing a place for each of us in the Father’s house.
During End-of-Life Month, may we take courage in His promise – placing our trust not in the passing things of this world, but in Christ, who leads us home.
