Bishop Juan Miguel Betancourt, SEMV, visited St. Rose of Lima, Meriden CT, this evening to celebrate Our Lady of Divine Providence, the Patroness of Puerto Rico, by offering the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass in Spanish and joining parishioners for a dinner in the parish hall.
