Bishop Juan Miguel Betancourt, SEMV, visited Corpus Christi School in Wethersfield this morning to participate in a blessing and ribbon cutting ceremony for the newly renovated Honorable Edward Y. O’Connell Preschool Building. He was joined by Father Nicholas Melo – Pastor, Father Zacharias Pushpanathan – Parochial Vicar, Ann Sarpu – Principal, Valerie Mara – Superintendent of Archdiocese of Hartford Catholic Schools, and Nancy Testa – Assistant Superintendent, along with dignitaries from government offices who presented certificates to the school, acknowledging the significance of the renovation.
