Bishop Toups celebrated Mass and the installation of Father Tarsisius Puling as the pastor of St Mary Catholic Church . Bishop reminded us during his homily to let God be the center of our lives and to let the Kingdom of God live in our hearts. The bilingual celebration welcomed Father Tarsisius and included a beautiful reception after Mass.
