The month of December is dedicated to the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary. We celebrate Mary’s holiness and purity, and her readiness to accept God’s plan for her life. When she responds to the Angel Gabriel’s greeting with, “Let it be done to me according to thy Word,” the Blessed Mother models for all Christians how we should trust God’s will and always remember that each of us has been created by God to fulfill a particular mission.
Blessed Virgin Mary, pray for the people of the Diocese of Cheyenne – may we also trust and accept God’s will in our lives.
