Today is the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, patroness of the Americas. In 1531, the Virgin Mary appeared to St. Juan Diego on Tepeyac Hill near Mexico City.
On this day, may we recognize our call to encounter Christ through Mary’s intercession, renew evangelization efforts and strive to bring hope across the Americas.
