Today is the beginning of Simbang Gabi, a Filipino tradition of a nine-day novena leading up to Christmas.
Five of our parishes are celebrating Masses today, many followed by food and fellowship. All are welcome to attend Mass and participate in this beautiful tradition!
Bishop Knestout will be celebrating the Diocesan Simbang Gabi Mass on Sunday, Dec. 21, at St. Jerome in Newport News. St. Jerome will host Masses for all nine days of the novena!
