Bishop Kagan talks about the Gospel we heard on the second Sunday of Lent of the transfiguration. By revealing His glory, Jesus showed us what is intended for us all if we are faithful to God. This is one of the foundational reasons for Lent. It’s for our sanctification in this life so that when we die, we are judged worthy of heaven to pass into that same eternal glory that Jesus briefly revealed by the transfiguration. WATCH here:
