Dio RichmondCecelia Brown was recently added to the Circle of Saints in Portsmouth, an honor granted to Portsmouth Catholic education alumni who live a life of “faith, knowledge, and service in the spirit of excellence.”
She is known for her years of volunteering and service in her parish and community.
