Arch BostonAs Catholics, we recognize the inherent dignity of our body and its health. Our bodies are the very temple of our soul and the Holy Spirit. May we take care of such a sacred gift!
On this World Health Day, we are especially grateful for the Faith Community Nursing ministry, which is “the specialized practice of professional nursing that focuses on the intentional care of the spirit as part of the process of promoting holistic health and preventing or minimizing illness in a faith community.” This ministry truly recognizes the reality that we are body and soul.
