Arch San FranciscoJoin Archbishop Cordileone for the Archdiocese of San Francisco’s annual Chrism Mass.
The Chrism Mass is a sign of unity in the Archdiocese and holds two important roles. The first is the blessing of holy oils by Archbishop Cordileone (Oils of Catechumens, Sick and Sacred Chrism) that are distributed to each parish. The second part of the Chrism Mass is the renewal of priestly promises by priests serving in the Archdiocese.
All are invited to this year’s Chrism Mass on Thursday, April 10, at 5:00 p.m. at the Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption.
